Update: I think I figured It out. There Is a conflict between AdGuard and KSK which prevents blocking features from working If I Quit AdGuard ad blocking program KSK will work properly even after restarting the MAC.

 

I guess i’ll uninstall AdGuard app for now and use the browser extension Instead.

If you can be bothered, it would be very helpful to let the Kaspersky Technical Team know about the conflict, they may wish to document it, so other MAC/KSK users are aware, and or, they may work on a compatibility solution🤔
