Requesting to contact premium support, the drop-down boxes fail to co-operate

It is impossible to proceed as after a choice is made, the boxes do not close to chose the next topic.
Tested on:

Firefox

Vivaldi

Edge

all the same

I would just like an actual email or a phone number in ENGLAND Please, not this nonsence.

I can't confirm Your issue here, at least, in Spanish version. I have no problem when filling in the form using FireFox 120.0.1:

@Igor Kurzin confirmed the issue for another user & advised it was fixed, Can't Contact Support - hopefully Kaspersky are not fixing it on a user by user basis🤪

We got tired of waiting for Kaspersky, so logged a case for GB (from our region - for some reason our region has not been messed with *yet*) GB appears to *now* be working - see image - please check, it wasn't when we logged the case: Wednesday, 6 December 2023 23:39
