Renewing Kaspersky Internet Security, my PC is not shown.

Please Kaspersky team help, 
 

After entering the new PIN (the old license ended a few days ago) - 2 other computing products are shown but not  my PC, from whom I am writing this note right now? I already try since a few days to find a solution but it is stressing me since I should write articles about Corona topic für an online mag:...

Please help?

• 1 Was the activation code added to the KIS application? 

 

• 2 Has the computer been synced with (your) MyKaspersky account? 
• 3 Does “2 other computing products are shown but not  my PC” mean, in the MyKaspersky account, Devices Tab, the PC-computer is not showing? 
• 4 In the MyKaspersky account, Licenses Tab, is the Kaspersky Internet Security product listed?
• 5 Since applying the code has the PC-computer been shutdown and restarted? 

Please let me know?
