Notification sound 'ding' won't stop even when I turn it off in the settings

I turned off the notification sound in the settings like this.

But when kaspersky automatically blocks something, the ding sound still happens along with the notification.

Welcome back!

In Windows, System, Notifications & actions, Get Notifications from these apps, is Play a sound when a notification arrives →  On? If “yes”, toggle it OFF

After completing the steps, apps you configured won't play sounds, but you'll see a banner in the Windows Notification centre, bottom-right corner, and the notification(s) will continue to be listed in the Action centre,  as the notifications arrive:
