After app update, the app window appear after windows starts

1. What happened *before* the update, what is different - provide details please? 
2. Provide a video please - we need to see what you see to understand the issue? 
3. Has the startup configuration of the app been checked? 
4. Before the app was updated, was the app config saved? 
5. *since* the update, has the computer been shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart & powered on by pressing the power button?
