Nexus store is not working with US credit cards

My credit card is rejecting Nexus store charges.   I can't buy VPN products.   I did some digging and  Nexus was fined for fraudulent activities.   US Justice Department fined Nexus for fraud.

Can you guys get a different reseller in the US?
