New patch (a).

Good day everyone.
Since switching to Kaspersky Standard 21.15.8.493 I have been completely satisfied and hope it continues to run like this.
I have a doubt.
Today I was searching the entire forum and also with my browser's search engine and I didn't find any information about this patch that appeared on my desktop (as shown in the attached image).
What information is there about this new patch?
