New Computer - Kaspersky sees old KTS code only

I am trying to install Kaspersky Plus on a new computer, but it keeps telling me my licence has expired as it "sees" my old KTS product, I can log into my kaspersky and see Kaspersky Plus and subscription but I cannot enter code as it only want KTS code.

I downloaded Kaspersky Plus okay but tried to uninstall and reinstall now tells me I have exceeded number of activations..!

Why is this so difficult..

1. For the error, please contact Kaspersky support, follow this guide: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error
