@MorSe Dude I have exactly the same problem using Kaspersky Plus Version 21.15.8. 493 (a) with Windows 11. Did you get a resolution from Kaspersky Support for the problem so hopefully I won't have to also go through the long process with K support? Thanks in advance.

Okay did the VPN update to 21.15 but unfortunately now can no longer access my Hive.com website, which was the one I would like to fix most, can't access my VOIP website which is an IP address or my SMA app unless VPN turned off. I have only been able to add the solar app in Split tuneling but whichever combination I try, Apps that never connect VPN or Apps that always connect VPN, the app won't open if VPN on. As for the other two which are websites I see anywhere the option to exclude them from the VPN. I am beginning to wonder if having a VPN is worth all the hassle...

I haven't bothered to update to 21.15 as didn't want to screw things up uninstalling 21.14, also I don't think it will make any difference to my VPN problem and can live with having to turn off VPN to access my solar app. However I have just switched my phones to VOIP and although the phones appear to work okay with VPN turned on, it does block me accessing my VOIP provider server and can't see anything in Split Tunneling for a IP address's?

Is the W11 problem updating just the VPN or both that need unistalling?

My Kaspersky Plus version is 21.14.5.462, the VPN has the same version number? I do have the split tunneling option and have tried all sorts of combinations adding the solar app but nothing seems to work. I note you show 21.15 in your post, I cannot see any option to update mine?

Thanks for your suggestions, the first part seems to have fixed the Hive app, however no luck with the solar app even though it is in a trusted group. I'll keep trying a few other things but can live with having to switch off VPN to access solar app now and again.

I have Kaspersky Pure which included Kaspersky VPN, I have managed to use Split tunneling for some programs after quite a few attempts successfully. However I am having problems with two other apps, I cannot login to my Hive home wireless network unless I turn off the VPN. I have tried using the individual webpage settings and searched for it in split tunneling but cannot find anything for the Hive Hub connected to my router. The other app I have problems with is my Solar Panel system SMA Sunny Boy app which connects my PC via bluetooth to the solar inverter will only work with VPN off. Just wondering if anyone else with this kit has managed to solve these problems?

@Flood and Flood's wife Thanks for the info, I managed to sort it in the end.

I am trying to install Kaspersky Plus on a new computer, but it keeps telling me my licence has expired as it "sees" my old KTS product, I can log into my kaspersky and see Kaspersky Plus and subscription but I cannot enter code as it only want KTS code. I downloaded Kaspersky Plus okay but tried to uninstall and reinstall now tells me I have exceeded number of activations..! Why is this so difficult..

Thanks Berny, not sure what I have done but in Use VPN option - I have Thunderbird.exe but turned off and also have it in Do not use VPN and also turned off and saved it with the Do not use VPN option? As I found it was working okay sending and receiving emails I left it like that as didn't want to mess it up again. I will keep a copy of your last answer in case I have any trouble. Thanks for your help.

I couldn't get Thunderbird excluded it just went offline when I selected "Do not use VPN" So the only other option was to select apps like my browser to use VPN, not sure what other stuff I should add to use VPN to get best privacy really. Just a bit of feedback on the Safe Money, the website page is awful, it is messy you have to click on the bank or whatever then click on proceed and some of the url address's like Santander logon it tells me invalid characters, these were fine in KTS. The KTS Safe Money format was far better.

Thanks again Berny, I have managed to download it and have it up and running, just going through the various settings. I did try to select the VPN Tunneling feature and selected Thunderbird exe as "Do not use VPN" but when I turn VPN on and open Thunderbird it tells me it is off line... I thought it would just bypass the VPN and still connect but thinking about it I suppose there is no non VPN connection when VPN is turned on or am I not setting it correctly? I was hoping to not use VPN with emails as Gmail throws up all sorts of security emails.. is there a way round this?
