The software version is 21.17.7.539

The frame rate on other interfaces is normal, and my screen frame rate is 240Hz.

Kaspersky only supports commercially released OS, no Preview release builds, read: Kaspersky for Windows, Hardware and software requirements. 

Recheck the issue when (your) OS meets Kaspersky's requirements.
