Kaspersky VPN Connection issue

Hello

I'm trying to connect to Kaspersky VPN but I'm getting the following error message: 

"Try to reconnect later or choose another location"

Note: I tried several locations but encountered the same issue.

Why didn't you mention that in the subscription terms as all of your promotional materials include that 24/7 support is available

Also, could you please specify your region where Live Chat is not available.

I am having similar problem today, I can connect to any VPN location I want to, it works for few seconds and then stops working. I thought it was DNS issue so I changed DNS to cloudflare but didn't work.
