Kaspersky VPN cannot find DNS address.

Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.4602

Kaspersky Premium 21.19.7.527(b) 

I'm using the trial of Kaspersky Premium including Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection

I tried to connect to multiple servers but it still returns cannot find the DNS Address (like the attachment)

I'm also set my Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection through Cloudfare DNS server.

Did you apply these IPv4 settings ?

1. Primary DNS Server       :  1.1.1.1
2. Secondary DNS Server  : 1.0.0.1

Yes, I did use this configuration for IPv4. I also tried to set my DNS server to Automatic, but it seems to not work. I set other DNS servers for my browser to block ads and stuff. Can it be conflicted some how?

Please try this ?

1. Run command prompt as ADMIN
2. Type command ' ipconfig /flushdns ' + enter
3. Reboot

This still does not resolve the problem.

I tried to change to Google DNS services but it still not working. I also tried to reinstall Kaspersky VPN + reboot, but it also did not resolve the problem. The restart option of the DNS Client in the Services Manager is unavailable.
