I increasingly have to disable Kaspersky VPN to access reliable Dutch websites. What causes this problem? Is this the website or VPN?

In the past I would have called the helpdesk, but since the helpdesk has been moved to India?, with employees who are difficult to understand, I have stopped doing so

Hello Maybe try adding the Website to split Tunnelling as a test.

Means the Website will not be using VPN connection.

Also maybe you can try a different protocol also as a test.

Website will still be using VPN connection.

Thank you very much for your answer.

It's strange, but the last 1,5 week I had no problem at all, but, if necessary, I will add the website or I will try your second option.
