Hm on an old notebook Windows 10 is there only 2 launchers (one is as service and another one as normal launcher).  Dont know why only 2 on notebook and 4 on desktop pc 🤷🤔

hi all, 

Part of the product functionality is executed in separate processes that are launched by the product service process. For example, the database update process is always launched in a separate process.
At 21.17 another part of the product was transferred to a separate process.
The reasons for moving it into a separate process are purely technological. For example, security, meeting OS requirements for working with a certain system API, etc.

Product works correctly, there is nothing to worry about.

So the behavior indicated in this post is normal since 21.17 ?
The process for scanning, updating, etc... is still "present" even if there is no task
