Friends, I bought my newly purchased Plus membership for one year and now I want to switch to Kaspersky premium 10 devices for 1 year..
I want to buy that package, so I don't know exactly what I should do. Can you help me on the subject?

  1. Are you saying you've recently purchased a Kaspersky Plus, 1 year subscription from a Kaspersky website or your MyKaspersky account - via the playstore - but you really wanted to buy a  Kaspersky Premium, 1 year, 10 device subscription - from a Kaspersky website - is that correct?
  2. Have you confirmed the Kaspersky Premium, 1 year, 10 device subscription is available - in your region? 
  3.
