Kaspersky is blocking button functionality on accept cookies window in several sites

hello Kaspersky is blocking acccept cookies button in cookie acceptance windows in trusted site. When i click on accept a blue frame highlights the other option (more options) but nothing happens. no button can be pressed the cookie window cant dissapear and I cant access the site.

buttons are not functioning. The site functions properly when disabling kaspersky. this occures in several sites!

Change *Anti-Banner* to: Allow on this website

Also Kaspersky blocking cookies is a strange issue ?
the Kaspersky article concerning enabling cookies is pointing to Browser settings :
