Dears,

 

kaspersky endpoint cloud is not blocking end users from changing settings, 

I added password protection in the "interaction with users" but still users able to change settings

 

 

how I can resolve this?

Hello,

please make sure the client has taken over the security profile from your cloud management console.

In the cloud console check a security profile is added to the device. If not create one (or use the default one) and assign.

check the connectivity from the Network Agent to the Cloud Server by using the description in the following document:
Manually checking the connection between a client device and the Administration Server. Klnagchk utility (kaspersky.com)

If connectivity is available and profile assigned and it is still not working open a support request with technical support for further analyzis.
