Hello, 

As it known, Kaspersky has been removed from Google's Play Store. The announcements made indicated that Kaspersky would still remain available on other stores, including Samsung's Galaxy Store.

However, I cannot find the app on Samsung's Galaxy store either.

Is there an explanation for this?

Welcome back!

Kaspersky is available in Samsung's Galaxy store, in both paid & free versions - however - there may be a regional issue, what is (your) location please?

Thanks for the reply. My Samsung Account is in Greece. In which countries is Kaspersky available through the Galaxy Store? I can only find Endpoint Security on my region's Galaxy Store.

According to support, IF VPN & Antivirus by Kaspersky is not showing in (your) Galaxy store, you need to log the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service please  https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.

*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?  

A) According to support, unless there's a regional issue, the software should be available in all stores.

Thank you. I will report any news.

By the way, the Chat option isn't available now for me. When I was going through the Support pages earlier, Chat, Email and Remote Assistance were available. Now, Chat isn't. Do you know why? If I use the direct link from my browser's history, then I can access the chat (https://support.kaspersky.com/support-chat).

  1. Again, possibly a regional issue - please ask the Kaspersky Customer Service team - they're best placed to answer the question.
  2. The direct link (you've) shared is for Kaspersky's Global website - it that works - there's no reason not to use that.
