internet security extension in brave browser

internet security extension in brave browser is not working. application features like pc cleaner, privacy cleaner etc not working, but the same is perfectly fine with chrome browser. Any answer.. please

Hi,

Please note brave is not officially supported browser only Google chrome (not variants of chromium), IE, firefox etc...
Rename brave.exe to chrome.exe (in installation folder Program Files) and run it it works now i use it also.

Thanks for posting back!

KPM extension is supported for Brave, see Supported browsers; however, if you've mucked around with the Chrome exe to make the KIS protection extension work, that is a problem.

The Chrome executable cannot be shared.

that is the issue..if i do what u have just suggested, ksp internet security extension does not work in brave browser...there is trade off..by the way thanks a lot

For BRAVE, KPM extension is supported by Kaspersky, KIS is not. 

Hacking the Chrome exe fixes the issue for KIS, but breaks the KPM extension, so, yes, it's a "trade-off".

@devesh2 Sorry for my late reply...

So if you want use kaspersky protection addon in browser you must simply rename brave.exe to chrome.exe (each time if your browser was updated - important) i always do it because kaspersky still does not want support this fantastic browser.

Also if you want use kaspersky password manager you must let i brave.exe.
