infected file cannot be placed in quarantine

i was browsing a site then a pop up wanted to download apk in my device i clicked cancel but kaspersky detected a file and it said that an infected file cannot be placed in quarantine  after that i didn't find the apk in my downlaod folder

Welcome back!
It would appear as tho KIS may have prevented the download, however, to be certain, do the following: 

1. Run a KIS Full scan, allow it to complete. 
2. Down & install Malwarebytes, skip the registration, update the Malwarebytes database, then run a Malwarebytes Full scan, allow it to complete -> when the issue is resolved Malwarebytes can be uninstalled; it's important not to try to run it in real-time mode as it will conflict with KIS. 
3. IF KIS is Premium, not Free, log a case with Kaspersky Support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Malware, I suspect my device is infected template; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
