For some time now, I've noticed that my computer was slower than normal, both when turning on and when performing tasks that I had previously performed without any problems. This week I received an email with a threat stating that my computer was being monitored and that everything I did, including my data, was in the hands of "hackers", so I immediately worried about formatting it to somehow inhibit this and also improve the performance of my computer.

But it was still slow and that's not normal for him, I have a Ryzen 5 8600g, 16 GB of RAM, and an A620M Pro RS WiFi motherboard.

I hired Kaspersk antivirus and activated it, and I noticed that every time I turn it on, it informs me that these two executables do not have a valid certificate and that they cannot confirm their reliability.

Do I still have the virus installed on my machine, even after formatting it?

What could I do?

I tried to contact support as they provide support on the Plus plan but it is not available

Kaspersky Plus

Hello @Anderson Cristiano

Welcome!

  1. In the *English forum*, with *images*, please convert the GUI to English - it's a temporary change & enables all Community members to easily read the images. To do the conversion, on the Windows Taskbar *Hidden icons*, select the Kaspersky icon, select About, press key combination SHIFT + F12. To revert -> press key combination SHIFT + F5. Also, a system reboot will revert the system to the original language.
  2. In the Safe Browsing Report, select the ! icon(B) - to *expand* the Details section(C) at the bottom of the Report window - see (our) image:   *Hide any private/personal information - for example: USER name*                                    image.thumb.png.96546a3c49e13f8588bf16d4b18b69f4.png
  3. For *Certificate errors* read: Mensagens "Foi detectado um problema com a verificação do certificado" e "Não é possível garantir a autenticidade do domínio no qual a conexão criptografada foi estabelecida" ao tentar abrir um site. (ioo) the certificate errors & the hacker-email are independent events - but - (you) should reach out to the Kaspersky experts for a proper analysis.
  4. Contacting support - https://support.kaspersky.com.br/b2c/br#contacts  -> select Email - fill in the template as shown - provide as much *history* & *details* as possible; support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide (you); an automated email response will be sent to (you) with an incident reference number - prefixed with INC000; then eventually - a support person will email you: image.thumb.png.1aebbafb618f748796098d48ffec8491.png
  5. Read: Você suspeita que seu computador está infectado. O que fazer?
  6. Read: Sinais de infecção

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏
