i had a subscription user with my Email *****@*****.tld from 2025 till 2026 and i bought a new one a day before with 2198 EGP for 2 years for 5 devices and as usual i have to extend my subscription till 2028 but i found that i have 2 subscriptions separately under each other, So please i need now to join both in one subscription extended till 2028 for 5 devices

On  expiring date your your current subscription should automaticaly switch to your new license.

Welcome!

In the shopping cart, it shows the subscription will activate upon successful payment, now you must ask the support team to assist you to merge the subscriptions so the *new* subscription starts when the *old* subscription ends.

Please log a request with: Kaspersky Customer Service https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts-> select Email, then fill in the template as shown, select (your) Kaspersky application (1) &  provide a *detailed-history* please:

The support team will do their best to assist you.

By the way: I doubt support will help you with this and they will say it's your fault. You will have to start using the other license right now or you will lose the days. They don't merge subscriptions or offer any help in this regard (from my experience, at least). Sorry for the sad news. But if they don't solve it for you, try to ask for a refund and then only buy it when your current license expires. Never buy more than once license from Kaspersky's website if you plan to "extend", because it's going to be a separate license and it will start right away. All purchases on Kaspersky's website will make the license start right away. You have to buy a license (code) from legitimate stores/resellers and add it to your account, this way the code will stay unactive and will only start after you decide to use it.

  • If (you've) had that experience with Kaspersky it may be due to a *situation* specific to you & a subscription (you) purchased. 
  • *WE* have direct experience of Kaspersky assisting US in the manner we guided @masmahmoud to follow.

Ok, you are literally agreeing with what I said lol. I told him that he can store licenses and have them stay inactive ONLY if he buys a code from 3rd-party sellers (not from Kaspersky's website). All purchases on Kaspersky's website will initiate the license right away. I guess they do it this way to prevent people from snatching good deals and storing the licenses for the future.

For the rest of your reply, let's see if they help him with this or not (I hope they do). @masmahmoud Please let us know what happens after you contact support.
