I can only get into my machine in safe mode, previously untrusted a microsoft product. Please help :(

Was trying to solve another issue whereby putting my machine to sleep or hibernate would not work. Untrusted one or two MS items but now cannot log in.

Safe mode prevents me from going back to trust again though.

Yes Kaspersky Standard and updated version.

I earlier tried 'restoring application settings' to default but that didn't solve my issue..

for more context, if you go to Performance > Current Activity > View.. there are controls to trust or distrust apps/services on one's machine, I need to gain access but cannot in safe mode.
