How to open ports [Closed]

I keep getting kicked out of Elder Scrolls Online. They recommend opening certain ports. I cannot find any way to do that on KIS. Can anyone tell me how you do that?

How can you open a range of ports?

Seems like this is right. Though I am not exactly sure if I’m supposed to use the remote ports or the local ports. I used local because I assume the issue is being able to receive from those ports. But I’m not sophisticated enough to really understand the settings the game is asking me to implement!
