hi team. i am using kasperksy free AV, but one feature that cannot turn on is Data Leak Checker. Turned off: Need to accept web portal.
I dont see anything inside web portal to accept data leak checker. No option to do that. Is this some kind of error?

Welcome! 

  1. Kaspersky Free Data Leak Checker - is *single-user-account-manual checking-only* & cannot be varied. READAbout Data Leak Checker.
  2. Data Leak Checker for My Kaspersky account does not work if Kaspersky application is not connected to My Kaspersky or the My Kaspersky account password is not entered in the application.
  3. Is the Kaspersky Free application signed into *your* MyKaspersky account using the *same* email address that was used to activate the software? 
  4. Is KSN enabled? 
  5. Which Region/Location are (you) physically a resident of? 
  6. Is a VPN in use? 
  7. Since *installing* Kaspersky Free has a Database Update been run then the computer shutdown using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer is OFF, power ON by pressing the power button, login, make sure the Kaspersky Free application & (your) MyKaspersky *account* are *synchronised*, recheck the Kaspersky Free Data Leak Checker issue - any change? 
  8. As a user of Kaspersky Premium (we see):

which possibly does not assist (you) but does show the Premium DLC options available.
