How do i add a "trusted application"?

I have been using Idrive to backup my desktops in the office for years no problem.

The last update to Endpoint Security now stops the interface loading on the desktop and stops the machine registering on the IDrive web management console. And the backups fail.

How do i add it to the trusted app group (along with RAdmin/VNC/Etc that i can see on the desktop interface).

I cannot find the setting in the cloud interface - and i cannot add it manually on the desktop (wont let me "add" to the list).
