  1. I have been using Idrive to backup my desktops in the office for years no problem. The last update to Endpoint Security now stops the interface loading on the desktop and stops the machine registering on the IDrive web management console. And the backups fail. How do i add it to the trusted app group (along with RAdmin/VNC/Etc that i can see on the desktop interface). I cannot find the setting in the cloud interface - and i cannot add it manually on the desktop (wont let me "add" to the list). please help Lee
  2. I have added this: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\IDriveWindows\ In the Virus Scan Exclusions tab - and selected File/Folder and all sub folders. do i need to tick any of the processes at the bottom of the screen? Have i added it in the correct place - the instructions are not clear? Thank you Lee
  3. This has only started happening with the 11.8 update to endpoint security when you try to login to the idrive app it reports "sendfailure" on the app screen (its not sending the MFA request). If i pause protection - everything is fine. Please help. Lee
  4. Please help I am trying to test the new Endpoint Security Cloud Plus software. But it keeps pulling its license from my old Security Server on the network and i cannot delete it, even though i have deleted the machines from the server and re-installed many times. It has the demo license as a “reserve key” - but i want it as the active key. Is there a manual/command line to do this? Lee
