How can I activate when 2 characters of my activation code is invisible

I was trying to scrup to get my newly purchased activation code from my installation paper found inside the kaspersky case. In the course some characters were damaged.I cant exactly identify 2 characters from it. I have tried everything but I cant guest it. What do I do?

Berny, I have gone to the contact page but I cant really find my way. Moreso, the page is in French and I have tried to change it to English to no avail. I dont just know what to do. Can you atleast send me a contact email where I can write to Kaspersky and explain this?

Berny, You are the only one to help me. the link u sent has not helped me. Please, is there any other means? I have not been able to contact any of the technical support each time I get annoying FAQ loop.
