HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic VIRUS detected but cannot be removed

Scanned virus cannot be removed,  how can i remove it and how can i inspect the damage it did to my personal information or computer.

Kaspersky blocked the malicious object before it reached your system.

Please try this :

1. Delete your TEMP files → https://support.kaspersky.com/common/windows/1161
2. Reboot
3. Scan your "C" drive

i tried some youtube fix and it told me to pause kaspersky. is it possible that after pausing it i did more damage and let the virus in ? im sorry im not that tech savvy

Please run a full Kaspersky scan  and no detections means your system is clean.
