general error 0x4f8

Hello some of my clients(Agent 10.5.1781 and Endpoint 10.1.2.966 ) suddenly disconnect from KSC(10.5.1781).when I try to correct the connection an error appears "Transport level error while connecting to http://XXXX:13000: general error 0x4F8" . port 13000 is open (I can see KES (the port and ping )from client). screenshot attacked
