you told the forum the problem was solved by above procedure. Is this not the case anymore? Is this no longer working again? If yes, I highly recommend to open a support ticket with Technical Support to be able to analyze the problem in detail. All data you sending in to the ticket will be handled confidential. But I will be honest, without any traces and more in depth troubleshooting I do not see a chance to get your problem solved here.
