I guess You already have Your W11 completely update via Windows Update, check Optionals also.

 

Also check the health of Your system hard disk, perform a ScanDisk.

 

And finally, I would migrate Your KTS to the new product line, download:

 

https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product

 

Your KTS will become automatically in Kaspersky Plus.
