Continuous closing of the session in the mac.

Hi, I have several companies. I have bought and paid the license annually. Since we have macOS Catalina the Macs block. In Windows 10, they systemize the system and block many programs.

Right now, what interests us most is that with the Adobe Lighroom and the open Kaspesky, the session of the 2017 iMac is closed with 20gb of memory.


Now we have to work with the Antivirus uninstalled to prevent it from failing.
I need a solution to know if we continue to pay or not.

Please tell us:

  1. macOS Catalina release number (for each device) ?
  2. KIS version (for each device) ? 
  3. Has List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac check, ever been done on all affected Macs ? 
  4. How many Macs are impacted ?
  5. Adobe Lighroom version ? 
  6. Can you provide more detail for "the session of the 2017 iMac is closed with 20gb of memory", as I'm not sure I understand?
  7. Does the same issue happen on every device?
  8. How long has KIS been installed?
  9. Has the Adobe Lighroom issue always existed or is the Adobe Lighroom issue new?
  10. In KIS Reports, on each device, are there any  Adobe Lighroom errors, please export the report(s), save as a .txt file and attach to your reply please? 
  11. Have you raised the issue with Kaspersky Technical Support ?
