Chrome Webcam Access: Application Control Says It Has Access Even Though I Blocked It

Hello, I am currently using Kaspersky Security Cloud on my laptop. I recently downloaded Google Chrome, when I used it there was a notification from Kaspersky saying that Google Chrome was using my camera, so I blocked the access right away.

Later, when I checked Kaspersky Webcam Protection, it says that the Google Chrome webcam access is blocked yet on the Application Control report, it says "Application is allowed to access webcam".

I am a bit confused, so did Kaspersky block the access or did it allow it?
