Changing credit Card for Subscription renewal

The credit card I used for the auto renew subscription was cancelled and a new card was issued. When Kaspersky came to renew the subscription, the transaction failed as I had not updated my CC information. Emails were sent to my account but went to a junk folder. My license is now in the grace period and I am trying to get it renewed.

A nightmare of hand-offs between Kaspersky and Digital River who, apparently, handle all sales for K in the USA.  I updated my CC information in myKaspersky (although it isn’t clear whether this is Digital River or Kaspersky) but can’t seem to get it to process the renewal.

What do I do next - switch to another AV solution?
