Good day,

Yesterday, I purchased kapersky total security Order number: 3A5AJXRGQHQ, but I wanted kaspersky anti-virus. With kapersky total security there restriction is not allow to share mutltiple netowrk and popup each 30 min that give me trouble. I want to exchange the product key to kaspersky anti-virus for 5users , the previous license was kaspersky anti-virus and I wanted his renewal license car it my first time to I purchase over online.

Exchanging your license to obtain another product is not possible.  Also this community cannot manage license issues , your only option is Kaspersky Technical Support.

Should we understand that you are looking for how to configure KTS to enable access to another PC in your network ?

Yes correct KTS to access to another PC network and also is blocking the internet connect to be connected or when I switch to another internet connections because we have 2 differents connection

Please try this :

Kaspersky → Settings → Protection → Firewall → Configure packet rules
→ Local services (TCP) → Rightclick → Edit → Action : "Allow" → Save
→ Local services (UDP) → Rightclick → Edit → Action : "Allow" → Save
→ Reboot

Additionally
→ Settings → Protection → Firewall → Networks → Your Home Network adapter : Trusted

Thank you, Also the other devices the KTS can be activated on different network? but all can be manage on 1 dashboard of Kaspersky

I meant by 1 license activate 5PC and all these PCs can be views on 1 dashboard on different network?

You can access your My Kaspersky portal and add a device with both connections.
