Can't play valorant

i've open valorant and its keep freezing at the loading screen 
cpu using on valorant is lower than 5% 
i wanna ask is there something to setup make me can play valorant normaly?

Kaspersky plus newest version
win 11 
device : laptop alienware 16 aurora ( cpu 5 210H, rtx 3050 6gb laptop gpu, 16.0", WQXGA (2560 x 1600), 120 Hz, IPS )

Can You post the version of K. product installed?

 

Check In Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there are some Valorant related exe / services located in Restricted / Untrusted groups.
