Can't login to My Kaspersky

Is there a problem with My Kaspersky? I cannot log in. It just has the spinning icon forever.

I have just scrapped one of my devices and would like to remove it from My Kaspersky. Thanks.

Welcome!

1. Is the “Can't login to My Kaspersky” problem happening in every browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium? 
2. Do a full browser reset, then exit the browser, restart, recheck? 
3. Exit all browsers: add an Allow exclusion for https://my.kaspersky.com/ to Network settings, Encrypted connection scanning, Exclusions → restart browser, recheck?

Thanks for the advice but i’ve managed to log in now. I hadn’t logged in for a long time so maybe my details had been lost. I used the forgotten password link  and reset the password. I had to set up the 2 factor verification with sms and Authy thingy and i logged in.
