Please disable Kaspersky VPN ?

I have the same issue  from Sweden when trying to open the www.bbc.co.uk page. 

I get the ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED  message from Chrome, and from Firefox I get the error message: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

The page doesn't even open, which must be an error...

(I can get through with another VPN, and without VPN.)

I can't access BBC iplayer from London or Manchester location. I am in Italy and I just see the message that I need to be in the UK. Please help me fix this.

Can't access bbc.co.uk.  bad gateway indicated. But fine with other vpn and no vpn.

I get this whatever I try, on android and windows 11.  Perfectly ok without kaspersky vpn on both.

Can you please specify , when you are in Spain are you selecting the ‘United Kingdom’ virtual VPN location ?

Same problem here in Greece ... was working fine 2 days ago ... got it to work yesterday by reloading continuously the website (BBC) for about 3/4 of an hour

Ok, I have been trying different configs that comes with VPN, and I agree that it does not work:

 

 

 

Tried with London node too, and in both cases the site even does not open, just got blank page. In both cases also got some disconnections...
