I have the same issue from Sweden when trying to open the www.bbc.co.uk page. I get the ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED message from Chrome, and from Firefox I get the error message: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR The page doesn't even open, which must be an error... (I can get through with another VPN, and without VPN.)
