Can I request to change public IP address?

I'm using Kaspersky VPN with premium subscription for the last 2 months.

Is there a way to request a change of the public IP address I'm getting for specific country, or is there any way I manually do it from the app?

An option to change Public IP address is not available in Kaspersky VPN.

So the public IP address is always the same or might be change at some point?

@g9panas Your public dynamic router IP address is an address that you receive from your ISP (Internet Service Provide) , usually it changes by default every 24 hours.
