for a couple of days the dropbox synchronization is blocked, after several attempts with the assistance, I reinstalled the dropbox software several times, I found that by deactivating the antivirus, Dropbox returns to work.

So, I wanted to try to exclude dropbox from "threats and exclusions" but I can't, pressing OK closes the program and asks me to send the error to support.

I went to: settings - threats and exclusions - Specify trusted applications - I chose the dropbox.exe

...selected some fields and given the ok, the program closes

The program should not crash, of course. There seems to be something wrong.
You can try the solution by@Igor Kurzin :

Note that depending on the product used, the path may be different. The workaround refers to version 21.3.10.391.

solved: after several attempts, I reinstalled karspersky and now it works fine. thank you
