for a couple of days the dropbox synchronization is blocked, after several attempts with the assistance, I reinstalled the dropbox software several times, I found that by deactivating the antivirus, Dropbox returns to work.
So, I wanted to try to exclude dropbox from "threats and exclusions" but I can't, pressing OK closes the program and asks me to send the error to support.
I went to: settings - threats and exclusions - Specify trusted applications - I chose the dropbox.exe
...selected some fields and given the ok, the program closes
