Alternative way to take KES trace

Hi, I would know if Kaspersky support accept KES traces taken from KSC remote diagnostics. I had an open ticket related to a spread issue between KES and sound drivers and they asked me to provide KES traces.

Hi Nikolay, Is it possible do it without disable self defense setting on KSC policy?

Tracing can be enabled and disabled for applications with self-defense only if the device is connected using Administration Server tools(Right mouse click at device - custom tools - Remote Diagnostic).

Just to be sure, can I launch tracing from custom tools and in the mean time take Procmon logs without change Self Defense on KSC policy? I had some issue after policy change so I'd avoid to change it.
