1 object detected, disinfected, but there's nothing in quarantine or report

It is 2023 and I am experiencing the same problem that users have mentioned in this thread. Kaspersky Plus reports: 1 object disinfected but there is absolutely nothing when we open the Quarantine folder. This is very frustrating and somewhat concerning as we need to know what is causing this, if there is a vulnerability. Kaspersky must report these things correctly.

1. Read before you create a new topic!, by Danila T.
2. Go to Kaspersky Reports, expand the SCAN report DETAILS, post back a FULL screen screen-print please?  

NOTE, columns can be filtered to HIDE personal information - like USER NAME - refer: Reports window - this also has the advantage of removing rubbish & leaving important information for us to see - REMEMBER - as far as the alert/event is concerned - we need to see what you see. 

3. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you. 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Maybe memory type object has been disinfected. So there is no object move to the quarantine. please check the detailed report via food's advices.

If your antivirus software detected and disinfected an object but there's nothing in quarantine or a report, it could mean that the object was successfully cleaned and no further action was required. The antivirus software might not have found the need to quarantine or generate a report in this case
