Сервер с доступом в интернет не загружает патчи

Добрый день. Пытаемся закрыть уязвимости по схеме https://support.kaspersky.com/help/KSC/14/ru-RU/230781.htm
Столкнулись с проблемой, что сервер администрирования загружает не все патчи, а именно 3 конкретных патча:
Список необходимых патчей:

Те патчи, которые загружает сервер с доступом в интернет:

Не загружаются патчи:

Почему так происходит и как эту проблему можно решить?

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
