  1. That worked from the CMD line if i manually placed the files in the directory. Now its up to me to figure out how to get the deploy software to move it all. Thanks for the quick assist, and solution.
  2. Hi, Thanks for the reply. I will first list what you asked for 🙂. Windows 10 64 bit version 1909 Kaspersky Total Security 20.0.14.1085 (h) Chrome version 80.0.3987.106 KTS extension 30.255.180.0 Firefox 73.0 KTS extension 30.255.173.0 I have also Opera, Edge and IE installed and I don’t see the issue on those as they don’t have the extension. I did what you said and followed all the steps. I looked in Chrome at https://community.kaspersky.com/ and din’t see this issue. However when I look at other sites I do see it. I added a screenshot from some random site www.fietsenwinkel.nl as well where you can see it. Why would I see it on a normal website but not on the kaspersky comminity site is another mysterie. I tried an international site as well https://www.mercedes-benz.com/en/. Still the same issue. Open Chrome with the extension installed. Open the the Developer tool. Click CTRL and the F key on your keyboard and fill in http: and hit enter and keep hitting it untill you see the links I mention. At least I hope it’s not just me :-)

Thinking about, it only happens whenever you are Signing up for a new account on a website When you go to login into an account with credentials that are saved into the KPM vault, but the credentials or values entered on the website are different to that of the ones that are saved in KPM vault If there is no entry saved at all already within the KPM-Vault I have also found, that when I click the “Cancel” command button on the popup, it will close and then re-open, cycling 2-3 times In answer to your questions Flood, Yes, (if entry is not already existing within the vault These are the only supported browsers I have tried; Chrome & Chromium (Edge) as well as Microsoft Edge, happens on all websites that have a credentials field/element, (as far as my testing went) Please see attached, I have not uploaded one for the “update new entry” as I was not able to recreate, if it does show again, I’ll take one and provide Yes I never choose the option to “save the entry” into the vault, as there is no option to change the entry/website name, account name or notes option. (Circled in yellow, within screenshot) Screenshot labelled “KPM Feature Disabled” details the inability to either automatically or manually login to an account using KPM if the annoying “AutoSave” feature is turned off. Hope that all provides a little more clarity and direction. Cheers Will
  4. It has now been resolved by Revo Support (they were very quick in their reply too!) What I needed to do was add the Revo exe file to the exclusion list which, until now, I didn’t even know existed. Everything is now working as intended. Thank you very much for your fast response.
  5. Now that I have the on board keyboard, I can access system restore. There is an automatic restore point I can go back to from February 5th. Is it possible this can help? Jeff
  6. I was able to boot to this screen using my mouse: settings > security > reboot now, then troubleshoot > advanced options. I don't know yet if I have keyboard access, let's see. What would you have me do next?
  7. @jdods My intention was to propose you to proceed with the KavRemover (after backup of your personal data) in order to cleanup the suspended installation , but your keyboard problem makes this suggestion impossible because with this tool you have to enter a security code. ? Are you able to enter into Safe Mode ? At this point i think your best option is K-Lab Technical Support https://center.kaspersky.com
  8. 2 posts up you can see that my attempt to uninstall Kaspersky following your directions failed. I went on while I awaited your next instructions. I tried installing a XML file converter (to Excell) called Altova and got the error in the next post saying that an install of Kaspersky has been suspended. I said I did not want to undo those changes. After capturing the image, and posting it to this thread, I learn that I cannot use the keyboard to type or use any other keys like ctrl or the windows flag, nothing. Rebooting does not help. This has become a serious matter for me. I'm typing logged in from my Android. My PC is effectively dead. I need serious help. Thank you. Jeff

    Hello @Naveed05 Welcome! 🅰 Regarding the "not blocking" issue: May I have the names of other apps KSK is not blocking? Is KSK not blocking automatically, according to generic KSK rules or not blocking according to the rules you’ve specifically configured? Did KSK previously block SwiftKey keyboard? Can you pinpoint a date (approximate) when KSK stopped blocking apps? 🅱 Regarding Chrome crashing: KSK version? Chrome version? Has root or developer access been granted to the Pie? Please post a screen image of Pie Storage, that includes: System memory, Used space, Miscellaneous files, Available space? Have you cleared Chrome Site Storage? Have you refreshed/reinstalled Chrome? Have you uninstalled & reinstalled KSK, with a full device power off, between each step? Please let me know? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳

    Not blocking

    I have been using kaspersky for 1 year. It is excellent. But now it is not blocking some apps. Like SwiftKey keyboard etc. My android version is PIE App is up to date. Please fix this. And another problem is when safe kid is on, Google chrome is crashing while using. But when I off safe kid it behaves normally.

Main Kaspersky window > More Tools > Reports > upper right > Detailed reports > at the upper left, drop down from All Events to Detected objects. How to take and post screenshot: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/492 PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or png, Not bmp). When replying, bottom left of reply box > Drag files here to attach, or choose files... Submit reply.
  12. I have set Kaspersky to Game Mode in order to prevent scans from happening while I am playing games in Full Screen Mode. I also have the scans Scheduled in the early mornings when I usually have my laptop turned on but I’m not usually playing. What I see happening very often is that the Quick Scan, Full Scan and Root Kit Scans are in progress after I shut down my games. It’s not that the games just quit and it started, I’ve seen the full scans at 80+% completed. Note that this doesn’t always cause problems with all of my games but it definitely does affect the performance on some of them. Why is this happening? Anyone else see this?

  15. Thank you for quick reply! My devices and licenses are already connected and visible in the My Kaspersky portal. Assuming all the information i need is in my portal, my question is specifically do i need to “disconnect” my device and/or revoke my licenses before i format my pc and install a new operating system. So whilst the article you linked is relevant, i don’t believe it answers my question specifically.

  17. Many thanks for your reply. I checked the system in the system configuration and dicovered that it das RAID0 and not RAID1 as I mentioned. I used your custom KRD and the "Tools" button (left to "Quarantine") was visible and active, so I could run the "USB Recover Tool" that eliminated Kaspersky drivers from 3 registry entries. After restarting the PC (without KRD) I was able to login to windows as the keboard was now enabled. No problems with RAID. So the keyboard problem is solved now :-). Now I run into the next problem as my home network is not visible anymore and I cannot connect to the internet. So I rolled back the KTS changes using the kavremover utility. After restarting the PC I still could not reach or restore the home network using windows tools. As the next step I moved all oem*.inf files containing the word "Kaspersky" together with their corresponding *.pnf file from "C:\Windows\INF" to another directoy and restarted windows. But there is still no network and no internet connection. Because everything worked well before installing KTS, it seems that the kavremover utility has not rolled back everything. What could I do to restore the network functionality as it was? I'll send you the traces in the next step.

Thanks for your quick response .I have the latest version of chrome ( 83.0.4103.97 ) and so far i have tried : In internet explorer works perfect ( maybe because the extension is not installed ) clearing the cache in chrome , no effect adding the exclusion , work better but after a couple of minutes starts to give the same signs . I haven't tried a full reset of chrome .
  19. You can rollback KTS changes by kavremover utility https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464. But you can’t login and accordingly you can’t run kavremover. You can restore keyboard by KRD https://support.kaspersky.com/14221. But KRD don’t support your RAID. Please try this custom KRD http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/KRD/2018/isw/krd_isw.iso. Run KRD with “trace” parameter https://support.kaspersky.com/14223 and send traces anyway.
  20. RAID1 was preinstalled by Dell. I never touched it. My problem is that the keyboard was disabled during the KTS installation and I cannot login to Windows. Is it possible to delete the KTS entries from registry and rollback the changes made by KTS during its installation?

  22. I run Windows 10 Home version 1909 OS Build 18363.592. I’ve just downloaded and installed the NEW Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium, but not called Chromium Edge). Running Safe Money through Safe Money window, and it still reverts to Internet Explorer 11. I did some web forum searches, and even on this forum, going back to at least 2017, the problem of Safe Money running through IE was evident, with no clear solution. So, either MS won’t allow it or Kaspersky have not resolved it. However, based on the following:- “Microsoft Edge browser is not supported on Microsoft Windows 10 operational systems later than version 1803” “With the update to version 21.х.х.х, Kaspersky programs will stop supporting Microsoft Edge in the following components: Safe Money Protection for data entered on the computer keyboard” Considering that Edge/New Edge are the default Browsers of Windows, and my purchase of KIS was based partly on the fact that it was designed to run in a Windows environment, I am pretty annoyed with Kaspersky. Note1, when KIS has an issue starting any browser the user may have configured, it reverts to the system default browser, atm, (for you) is IE the system default browser? Note2, if you haven’t done so already, please run a KIS software compatability check? Re Note 1 Is the ‘system default browser’ different to the default app choice browser in settings? Sorry, not too technically minded! Re Note 2 from the list of incompatibles, there are only 2 listed that I can note: Windows Defender (but that is now superceded by KIS, and ‘Update for Windows’ - I have Windows 10 Update Assistant on the system. Beyond this, and pending going to Technical Support as you advise, which I can’t do now, I am at a loss. But, I know I am not the first to have this problem. Thanks

Limitations in Kaspersky programs version 21.х.х.х With the update to version 21.х.х.х, Kaspersky programs will stop supporting Microsoft Edge in the following components: Safe Money Protection for data entered on the computer keyboard However, as we’ve already established, from Kaspersky communications and from posters, e.g. @Ylive- Kaspersky employee, Kaspersky will be supporting Chromium Edge🤔 Generally regarding "Website opened in another Protected Browser" message when opening Safe Money in Microsoft Edge” Specifically, regarding “Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: Unexpected error starting Protected Browser. Error code: 0x80000046.” ➡ Please contact Technical Support, they will need a GSi & Windows Logs, and may need traces, run as the issue is replicated, they will guide you with the traces collection. Please let us know their solution when it’s available?
