Hallo Alexcad, we already installed with setup as you mention, but it is not working. So far, the only thing that works, in order to remove the keyboard problen, is by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it.

Hallo There, I went crazy over the same problem. I got half of the user in our company blocked with the Keyboard, and/or any USB device connected to it, like Pistol/Scan QR reader, When we moved from the version 10 to 11.2. At first it happened only on Dell Computers, independently if WIN 10 was up-to-date of the latest version (2004). But then it happened also on some other computers. In some cases it was enough to update to the latest Win10 update. In others I had to reinstall Win10, I even uninstalled Kaspersky but did not work. In order to solve the issue, at least it worked for us, we had to uninstall Kaspersky with the Remover Tool, that you find in this link: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/common/uninstall/1464. Then reinstall Agent and then Endpoint Security for Windows. Then reboot 2 times. THEN IT WORKED. Hope it helps, but KASPERSKY TEAM should look into this problem. Why has it happened????

Hi @TimmSkiller, The version of klkbdflt.sys file is 30.0.3716.0 on both my Win 10 machines. Please check the version of the file on your machine. Next send the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\klkbdflt.sys file to me via Personal Messages. In case if the OS crashes, we need to receive a full memory dump. So set the OS to collect full memory dump: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/12402 Next add the dump to an archive and send it to me via Personal Messages. Regarding the “The previous application launch failed” message: Do not agree with sending the data next time the issue occurs. After this: Check the C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\ folder for the files, there should be dmp files. Add these files to archive to and send to to me via Personal Messages. Finally: collect a GSI report with enabled event log capturing option: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632 Also send this report to me via Personal Messages. Thank you. -

Hi. For quite some time, I have been getting random crashes on boot in Windows 10 Pro version 1909 with latest updates, with Kaspersky Security Cloud Free version 20.0.14.1085 installed. The BSOD says: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED with the fault being in the driver “klkbdflt.sys”, and after the machine has rebooted, the Kaspersky program usually comes up with “The previous application launch failed” with around 80MB of data to send each time it happens. I’ve sent the report once, and I will not sent it again. The crash minidump is attached. Upon further inspection in minidump analyzer tool, i have found out that the driver in question “klkbdflt.sys” is labeled version “fre-win7-amd64”. Could it be that the driver is too old to run on windows 10? it looks like that version of the driver is designed for windows 7. How do I fix this? -

Last time before posting here. KSK version 1.0.5.6390(f) If there is just Kaspersky AV free - then it works great. When I install fresh KSK it just not working again.restested many times - still not working reported simultaneously with Kaspersky TechhSupportSince logged here I also logged in khanacademy. And it’s still loading after loging, no desktop, no user info. No option to log off. I can only clear browser data if i want to try to login again. Even closing browser do not help - if i want to try again i have to clear browser data. While trying to log on different computer, without KSK, it works good. I attach printscreen of it. -

What just happened with legacy Parental Control?

Thank you for the quick reply. I don’t use Safe Kids. With Parental Control it is easy enough to just keep a whitelist of domains. The really important feature is its ability to forbid use of specific applications. Among other things this prevents my child from perusing bookmarks and web history. I simply designate a browser for him and block the others. It means I can set him loose on my Steam account without worrying that he will play games that have microtransactions or open chat. I am baffled that this functionality has somehow been restored, because I see no sign of it in the patch notes and yesterday it was gone. I’m reluctant to contact Technical Support on this, because if it’s a mistake I don’t want it fixed. -

I remember a K. developer commented in the community that will back... anyway I never run full scans, I would dare to say that they are not necessary… I ran scheduled (everyday) Quick Scans, with some system folders added to the scope (where malware usually attack the system → C:\ProgramData\ C:\Users\), that would be more than enough… all the not scanned folders in the device are covered by FileAV resident protection in case You access to them, so I consider a waste of time and resources to run a full scan… Added: a small tweak to change in Full Scan settings: -
Kasperky CPU usage while playing game

I have a question regarding Kaspersky Total Security. I have been trying to play a Steam game called Resident Evil 4, aka Biohazard 4. I noticed that when I launch this game and try to play my Kaspersky usage in my task manager goes to 27% and stays around 24-28%. I don’t think that this is normal but I could also be wrong. I have gone throuth the check lists of having “Idle Scan” set to off as well as “release resources to the operating system when computer starts”. As well as “Search for system malicious programs in system rootkits”, so far nothing has changed the Kaspersky usage. I also, by default have “gaming mode” set to on. Besides this, I think the only thing I can do is play with Kaspersky set to off. I recently did a new reformat of my SSD of which my OS is installed on, Windows 10 (64Bit), I have Kaspersky installed on my main SSD and my games from Steam installed on a different SSD. For my computer I have a, 4770k non OC, a GTX 1080, and 32Gigs of RAM on a 4k TV. I have HDR off and for this game I set the native resolution to 1080p. Am I doing something wrong? -

If you wish to uninstall the KIS extension, that's fine, (ioo) it would be better to first test where the issue is: Is it KIS extension? Is it Safari browser? Is it KIS application? Is it system? As a test, you could in download & install Google Chrome browser, make sure Kaspersky Protection extension is installed and enabled, make sure KIS is active, recheck the Safe Money notification? Installed Google Chrome and Extension still did not work for safe money and tracker prevention still stuck Works, great you've established the problem is the Safari browser. Solution = a full Safari reset. Safari reset, disabling all extensions did not solve the problem At the completion of the Safari reset, shutdown MAC, power on, login, make sure KIS is active - recheck the Safe Money notification? Works? Great, problem solved👏 Doesn't work - do the following: Uninstall KIS using the uninstall wizard - follow the directions carefully, at the completion of the uninstall: shutdown the MAC using Shutdown, not restart, power on, login: Completed full uninstall, shut down computer. left kapersky secure connection installed. Check List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security 20 for Mac None of my applications are listed as incompatible, so it good. Download and install a NEW KIS installer - follow the directions carefully, at the completion of the install - shutdown the MAC using Shutdown, not restart, power on, login: make sure KIS is active, start Safari, make sure Kaspersky Protection extension is installed and enabled, recheck the Safe Money notification? After reinstall and reboot, it still has not solved the problem. Safe Money doesn't work and both website tracking prevention and web antivirus do not work. both show nothing under reports , they are at zero and haven't moved. I suspect they were all not working before but only noticed safe money at first. everything else including file antivirus, virtual keyboard, updates... seem to work. Should I wait for Patch C? or put in technical assistance request? Works? Great, problem solved👏 -

Thanks for the clear explanation. What should anyone using the free version do when they receive such notifications? Since it’s not exactly false. I did a quick online search with my login id and found no obvious impersonation or malicious use yet. Let me know if I should ask somewhere else. The 12yr old default KSK profile is shown in the images 1 - 4, with an additional Youtube Allow exclusion, image 5 is what the child sees, image 6 - result: Youtube, image 7, delete profile confirmation screen - referred to further on: ❔ Has Youtube ever worked? ❔ How long has KSK been installed? ❔ Is KSK subscription or free version? Please do the following: Confirm KSK Computer requirements ? Symptoms of the corrupted Windows 10 update are mostly blue screen errors or crashes that display messages like Something went wrong. You will notice that it tries to update the PC but cannot complete it. It’s annoying, but it is straightforward to fix. If you wish to update the PC, then pursue the given instructions: Insert the services.msc in the Windows Search bar. Right-click and then launch like the administrator. Find Update service then stop. Go to the C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download in Windows Explorer. Remove the entire contents from the folder. Ensure that admin access needs to remove a few files. Restart the Windows update service. This procedure will stop update service, which locks the content of an installer package. A document available in a folder is for the update and removing it compels to download the new copy. If the file was corrupted, it must not happen, then the update procedure must be finished as you start the Windows Update service again. norton.com/setup -

Hello - I updated my browser to the new Edge version yesterday. A I was going through the settings, I saw two Kaspersky extensions, one for PWM, which was on, and one for Kaspersky Protection. I inadvertently deleted the protection extension. I reset the browser, but it was still gone. I then uninstalled/reinstalled KTS 20, Everything appears to be working, the extension appears to be installed as safe money, on-screen keyboard, etc. are working. I searched for the extension and only found the PWM extension. What should I do, if anything? Windows 10 Home, KTS20 fully updated. BC -
KES Cloud Plus - Android Sync KO from Server

Hello, I am testing KES Cloud Plus and I have issue with Android Synchronisation. Kaspersky Endpoint security & Device Management has been installed through the invitation email. From android devis everything is fine, i can run a synchronisation command with success. I try to run a synchronisation from server and got an error without details. I wanted to check Alarm ang Geolocalisation features and, as nothing happened, i try to force synch and got an error, see in attached. From smartphone side, if I launch a synch, i immediatly receive the Alarm and Geolocalisation request. How can i check what is wrong from server ? I didn’t find any log related to thois error. thx a lot for help
