  1. Hi, I’d like to prevent navigation from web browsers apps (Ex: Firefox), regardless the exe file version. In the Firewall strategy, when I add Firefox.exe, kaspersky asks for chosing the Exe file version I want to block. This is not what I want; I want to prevent all firefox.exe files from browsing the Internet. I know you can tell me to select all the proposed exe files. But what if there is a new version? should I always comeback and Add the new versions to the list? Regards.
  2. Bonjour, Nous avons la console KSC 12 installé sur un serveur Windows Server 2012R2 et qui fonctionnait bien. A la suite d’une mise à jour de la version de l’OS vers Windows Server 2019, il était impossible de se connecter à la console KSC. on voulant savoir s’il y avait un service non démarré, j’ai trouvé que le service KAV_CS_ADMIN_KIT de la base de donnée SQL n’était pas démarré ! En voulant le démarré manuallement, il maffiche le message suivant: j’ai exécuté l’utilitaire sxstrace.exe et voilà les messages qui reviennent le plus: Information : tentative de recherche du manifeste sur C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\Microsoft.VC80.CRT.mui\8.0.50727.9554_en_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b\Microsoft.VC80.CRT.mui.DLL. Information : manifeste pour la culture en introuvable. Information : impossible de trouver l’assembly dans WinSxS. Information : tentative de recherche du manifeste sur C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\Microsoft.VC80.ATL\8.0.50727.4053__1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b\Microsoft.VC80.ATL.DLL.   5. I figured it out by enabling communication via tcp port 14000. This port was closed since the beginning and it wasn't a problem. I don't what happened in between !

Hi, Since a few days, KSC consol shows many computers and servers with this warnings: The device is not managed The protection is disabled I tried to re-install the agent and the KES, but it didn't solve the problem. What could be the problem. should I uninstall then re-install the agent and the antivirus on those machines?

  8. Hi, I've donloaded KES 11.1.x package from the KSC console, then I created the installation package. the KES 11.1 shows on the clients workstations running as a 32 bits application ! How can I get the 64 bits installer package? Thanks.
  9. So if I understand, KES 11.1 can only be deployed from KSC 11. So on KSC 10.5 I can't update from KES 11.0 to KES 11.1?
  10. The problem is not the report. My question is how can I see the hardware details, in the Hardware registry of the device preperties? I think there is an option to enable in the policy or elsewhere. I need to see this: I took the screenshot from another KSC server. on my KSC console, when I go to managed devices -> device properties -> Hardware registry, I only see hardware categories but no details :

  12. Hi, We are using KSC 10.5 and KES 11.0.1.90 on the clients. How can I push updates of the new KES versions to the clients from the console? Is there any documentation you can point me to? Thanks.

  14. What about the tasks that can't run at the time they were scheduled, because the PC was powered off, for example. will they resume when the PC is powered on?
  15. For the task to be resumed, the "run missed task" option should be enabled. isn't it?
