Asking for my customer. Correct me if I am wrong. From information given in Kaspersky sites, Total Security users can update to Plus for free as long as they still have valid licence. I don't know how the procedure goes. Does it require re-entering licence key? Or Is it supposed to be automatically done by signing in on new Plus app? I cannot find clear enough information. Sorry if this kind of questions have been asked already. I couldn't find answers in existing threads.
